Delivery Information
- True Audio Online keeps inventory of products in stock, in order to ensure your order shipment immediately.
- Unless otherwise advised all orders will be ship within 48 hours in working days.
- If encounter vendor out of stock or delay shipment, we will refund within 14 working days (True Audio is not refund cash, you can choose replace the same price of product)
- If your products is received damaged, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 7 days after received goods. if more than 7 days notice will not accept the deal.
